Never Miss a New Lead with Spot’s Auto-Text. 

Spot automatically sends SMS text messages to missed calls from New Leads who do not leave a voicemail. 

The text will prompt the New Lead to reply with details about their project and the reason for their call. 

  • To Access: 
    • The automated SMS is sent to the Conversation with that Lead. Any replies will be marked as an unread Conversation on the Homepage.

Simply tap the Conversation to read it. 

  • To Edit: 
    • Spot’s Auto-text feature is on by default for all users. To Customize the text that is sent or to Disable it from sending, simply open the side panel. Go to Organization Settings. Select SMS settings and adjust as desired.
