Request Google Reviews

Turn every customer into a referral engine. Spot makes it easy for your customers to leave Google Reviews for your business. 

**Please note: Only verified Google Businesses can request reviews. Contact your Onboarding Specialist to verify your business. 

After a job is finished, select the customer who you’d like to leave you a review from your Conversation list. 

Tap the plus sign at the bottom of the conversation with the customer. Then tap “Request a Google Review”.

Spot will generate a message to ask the customer for a review. You can customize and edit the text, too, but we encourage you to keep it brief. To send, tap ‘’Send’’ at the right side of the screen.

And that’s it! Your customer can easily leave you a review from the sent link.

Why are Google Reviews important?

• They raise the profile of your business online. People are more likely to visit your website or your business if they see good reviews. 
• Having more reviews signals credibility and trust.
• By reading reviews, customers can get a better understanding of what your business is doing right, and perhaps what has gone wrong in the past.
